Brief Description of the Open House Manager Tool
Open House Manager Tool is an Internet based tool which allows real estate
agents to schedule and announce their open house events, gather feedbacks and capture
leads at open house. It also provides many types of reports about the visitors that allow
agents to follow up with their potential clients.
Open House Manager Tool is for registered real estate agents
and brokers only. It means prior to using this tool agents/brokers must have been
registered with Open House Manager Admin and have been assigned a unique user ID and password to
use the tool.
The temporary registration and getting a User-ID and password to try the tool is free for agents.
To get the user-ID and password, to try the tool,
please contact
Admin@OpenHouseManager.us.
Real Estate Brokers will get super user-ids and passwords
for their brokerages that allows
them a full control of the website. They can have their own domain name (if it
is available), add/delete agents, assign different listings
to different agents, view their agents listings and open house activities, modify
the website theme, templates, logos, colors, etc. For Broker version of the tool

there. But, in order to schedule or get reports for your specific open house,
you need to have a valid user id and password.
If you don't have your own user ID and password or have forgotten them, please contact
Admin@OpenHouseManager.us or
simply fill out the form in
Request_For_ID to request one. The cost of agents registration (User-ID
and Password) is $5/Month or $50/year if paid at once.
