Knowledge is the main keys of success in any business. Being
actively involved with more than 20 real estate related
committees & boards in NAR, TAR, local boards, I am well aware
of things happening in my local real estate communities, know
the rules, laws and process & procedures.

Experience is not only related to how many years you are in this
business, rather how many difficult clients or situations you
had and overcome the barriers and problems. I have encountered
most difficult clients, real estate agents and situations in my
real estate carrier that made me expert in this field.

Have Webmaster certification, for developing and

In order to serve my clients better and provide them information
well in advance to get better loan rates/terms and condition, I
got my Loan Originator licensed, but I am inactive.

I do a lot of works and using computers at home, sometimes by 2
or 3 AM, to get the necessary jobs done.

transaction. When I notice something that could impact my
clients even many years in upcoming future, I will explain and
