iii)     More than 800 hours of Management studies

iv)    More than 850 hours of IT online studies

v)      Have Webmaster certification, for developing and designing effective websites.

I am very detailed and analytical person with an eagle eye. Knowing the rules, laws, process and procedure I can see the pitfalls and how to correct or advice my clients.

I do a lot of works and using computers at home, sometimes by 2 or 3 AM, to get the necessary jobs done.

12.                        Communicate and give true picture and information about the property and neighborhood

Always immediately I communicate with my clients of anything is coming with the other side and anything related to the transaction. When I notice something that could impact my clients even many years in upcoming future, I will explain and make sure they understand the impact.

With the pride of living and working over 36 years in Plano & Dallas areas, I am proud to serve as your Professional Real Estate Consultant and guide you through the selling, buying and leasing process, help you locate a suitable site for your business, provide neighborhood demographics and schools information, etc.

Reading newsletters and attending seminars & conferences from TAR, NAR, and local boards, aware of local and national news, actively involved in many real estate committees, living in my area for more than 36 years; makes me expert in my  local real estate business.

Yes I have completed all required course works toward CCIM (Certified Commercial Institute Member), the highest real estate commercial association in the world.
