Location:
Property should be in a new safe/low-crime location/sub-division
with a view to lake/pond/golf-course/green belt.
Style:
A 1-story Mediterranean style with a very open floor plan and lots
of windows and lights. High ceilings, very large kitchen area which
opens to a large living room. Prefer Eastward entrance cul-de-sac,
to allow lots of lights. Lights, Lights, Lights, …
